QUOTE & PROPOSAL

We will send you a quote with all your preferences. Upon your acceptance, a proposal with a contract and a link to your retainer payment (50%) will be sent.

DESIGN + REVISIONS

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a timeline, wording guide, and guest address template. You can send us all the design elements, colors, and styles you wish to incorporate into your suite in the wording guide. Once your wording guide is received, the proofing process will begin and lastbetween 4-8 weeks, depending on your timeline. Together, we will work on 2-3 revisions after you receive your first look at the overall design.

PROOF PROCESS

Once all revisions are finalized, we will send you a final print proof. This isso you can check for any errors and ensure all the details are accurate.

APPROVE FINAL DESIGN & SEND TO PRINT

Once you are thrilled with your invitation design, your invitations will be ready to print! 

Our timeline for printing and assembly is 4 weeks after you sign off on your print proof. Turnaround time ranges based on the printing method you select. We may be able to accommodate you for a 30% rush fee on the final balance if you wish to expedite your process. The invoice will be updated with any additions or updates if applicable (The balance must be paid in full prior to mailing or picking up your suite).

INVESTMENT

Our custom invitations start at $2,500 for 100 invitation suites

(depending on quantity, printing method and add-ons).

On average, clients spend $3,500-$10,000 for all wedding stationery 

(Save the dates, wedding invitations & day of wedding paper).

TIMELINE

Our clients typically book our services 12-14 months before their wedding. Our production time is 4-6 weeks depending on your printing process. The entire process will take 8 weeks on average depending on the time of the year.
