CUSTOM DESIGNED WEDDING INVITATIONS

It’s incredibly important to me to get to know each of the couples who I work with, and to fully understand and work within their wedding aesthetic. Because every couple is different I prefer to have a more customized approach when it comes to pricing. From experience, stationery terms can be very confusing, so it's always best to have a custom quote opposed to a fixed price list. As a custom stationer, I’m personally creating your invitations, and working one-on-one with you to make sure they’re exactly what you want and need.  I’m a designer and artist, so each illustration and image has been drawn, painted, or illustrated by me personally.

Because of my ability to create custom art work and because I use the highest quality materials and paper, my price range it's not the cheapest, especially when compared to pre-made invitation suite. But... I am also not the most expensive. Pricing varies depending on quantity and additional pieces such as maps, envelope liners, wax seals, specialty paper, specialty printing, calligraphy addressing and other fun add ons. Once we schedule our get to know call, I'll be able to provide you with a detailed quote tailored to your wedding vision and budget!

My brides can typically expect to spend around $1,900 for 100 custom invitation suites (invitation + envelopes, RSVP card + envelopes and a details card and printed envelope addressing), but I will happily work with you build you a quote that fits your budget!

THE PROCESS

1. Consultation & Booking

After you fill out the online inquiry form, you will receive an email to book some time on my calendar, in person or over the phone. After our initial meeting,  I take time to put together a custom wedding invitation quote just for you. After you receive my quote we can schedule a call to address any questions or concerns that you have about the process. To book with me, I require a 50% non-refundable retainer.

2. Inspiration & design

When we start the design process, I’ll send you a questionnaire to get all the details for the invitation suite that I need. Then, I create sketches and a lookbook that brings your invitation vision to life. Your our wedding invitations are the first impression of your wedding and I want to make sure they will reflect you, your fiancé, and your event as well as possible. This step allows us to make sure we are on the same page.

3. Proofing & Printing

This is perhaps one of the most exciting phases of the process; I do all of the design work in my home studio and then you are able to see the beautiful results! All rounds of invitation designs are sent via an online questionnaire that allows you to give specific feedback about the design. Your package will include 3 FREE revision rounds that allow you to make specific changes to the design. Additional revisions for your custom wedding invitations are permitted as well and charged on a per-revision basis.

Once we have determined that your invitations are completed on the digital side of the design, you will be sent a proofing form to make sure that all names, dates, addresses, and information placed on the invitation is correct. The last thing I want to do is send your pieces to print with any sort of errors on them! Once you have signed off on the form (yes, we do require an official signature) I send your designs to print.

4. Delivery

After I receive your invitations from the printer, I will assemble your invitations and package them to be delivered to you. Once everything is ready you will receive an e-mail to let you know that your package it's own the way or that you can schedule a pickup time.
