Fulfillment Policy

At Script me Pretty, we take pride in creating custom stationery that reflects your unique vision. Below, you’ll find important details about our fulfillment process, including production timelines, shipping, and order modifications.

Order Processing & Production

All orders are made-to-order and require a production time of 4 from the date of final proof approval.
Design proofs are provided within 4-6 weeks of order placement. Any delays in proof approval may extend the production timeline.
Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping through USP and USPS, with estimated transit times of 3 days depending on the destination.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Script me Pretty is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages.
International orders may be subject to customs fees or duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Rush Orders

If you need your order sooner, we offer rush production for an additional fee. Rush availability depends on our current production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once production begins.

Returns & Refunds

Because our stationery is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will gladly work with you on a resolution, which may include a reprint or replacement.

Quality Assurance

We strive for perfection in every order. However, slight variations in color and placement may occur due to the handmade nature of our products and screen display differences.
Please review your proof carefully. Script me Pretty is not responsible for errors (such as typos or incorrect details) that were approved in the final proof.
